Hotel Maintenance Technician – Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and general building maintenance issues.
• Complete painting, patching, drywall, carpentry, and finish work as needed.
• Repair and replace fixtures, outlets, switches, lamps, faucets, toilets, and other building components.
• Maintain mechanical rooms, equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Assist with hotel renovation projects and facility improvements.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and other required safety programs.
• Provide outstanding service to guests and fellow associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous maintenance, engineering, construction, or hotel facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
