To support a growing customer service team, the fully remote Illinois Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to retention, billing inquiries, and cross-selling while consistently meeting performance metrics. Key responsibilities Maintain above-average Quality Assurance monitoring scores Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics for customer service and retention Provide accurate information to member inquiries and utilize technical resources effectively Required qualifications Active Illinois Life and Health License High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment Retention experience preferred Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
