Qualifications

Here's What You Need Registered Nurse (RN) Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (Required) BSN (Preferred) Minimum 1 year RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program (Required) Operating Room experience in CVOR or Operating Room Specialty (Preferred) RN license upon hire (Required) BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire) ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred upon hire) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements HS Diploma or Equivalent and: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program OR Employed as a Surgical Technologist prior to September 1, 2009 OR Graduate/completion of a military Surgical Technology program CST Specialist - Minimum 2 years recent surgical service experience, preferably robotics, cardiovascular/hearts, orthopedics, neurology (Required) CST - 1 year of CST Operating room experience CST Certification (NBSTSA) or TS?C (NCCT) (Required) BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required) LVN license accepted in alignment with Surgical Technology qualifications

What You Will Do RN Operating Room Deliver patient-centered care utilizing the Nursing Process Perform OR circulator duties and assessments Plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care throughout the surgical experience Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff to ensure safe outcomes CST Operating Room Assist the RN circulator in formulating and implementing the plan of care Prepare, organize, and maintain the sterile field Assist with peri-operative care for infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Ensure proper instrumentation and supplies are available for procedures
