RBTs: Starting rate of $24.60 per hour

BTs: Starting rate of $22.25 per hour

*Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education

What You’ll Do

Direct Client Support

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Track Progress & Maintain Quality

Collect, organize, and document session data accurately

Collaborate & Communicate

Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families

Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

Support Operations

Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
