Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items by recommending popular dishes, beverages, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage guest relations by providing attentive service, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or cash registers, ensuring proper cash handling and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours at both fine dining settings and lively nightlife venues like nightclubs.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale establishments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus.
• Strong communication skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and billing.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and boost sales performance.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Prior host/hostess or serving experience in a nightclub or hospitality setting is advantageous but not required.
