We are seeking an entry‑level Account Services Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls while supporting the collection and resolution of past‑due accounts. This role focuses on delivering professional, respectful customer service while working toward one‑call resolutions whenever possible.

What You’ll Do:

Contact customers by phone regarding past‑due balances for maintenance fees, mortgages, and other past due account related charges.

Provide accurate account information and payment solutions in a professional and courteous manner.

Use company tools such as predictive dialers, reports, and approved skip‑tracing resources.

Research accounts, document activity, and follow all federal, state, and company compliance guidelines.

Ask effective questions, negotiate payment arrangements, and overcome objections to resolve accounts.

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED required.

Entry‑level candidates welcome; customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills (Teams experience a plus).

Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

Bilingual skills are required.

Schedule & Work Environment

Flexible scheduling required, including possible evenings and weekends.

Shift differential offered for evening and weekend hours.
