Job Description

A Janitorial Assistant who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll receive on-the-job coaching and guidance to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces looking their best
• Use tools and products to clean, scrub, polish, and shine
• Restock paper products and essentials in restrooms and break areas
• Interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a kind and courteous way
• Practice time management, teamwork, and positive workplace habits
• Learn new skills through supportive training and job coaching

Must-Haves

• Able to communicate clearly with others

• You have a diagnosed significant disability that makes it hard to find other employment opportunities—but you’re ready and willing to work
