Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct and interpret assessments to create meaningful intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students motor, sensory, and functional needs to inform individualized plans
• Develop and implement interventions to support participation in academic and daily activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
• Provide training and resources for educators and caregivers related to motor skills, adaptive equipment, and classroom accommodations
