Job Description
Part-time Accountant needed Monday - Thursday, 8:30 to 5:00 with one hour for lunch. Additional hours during busy season required. Duties include meeting with clients, income tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, research/resolve IRS and other governmental notices, payroll/sales tax preparation and filings, bookkeeping with bank reconciliations, etc. Must be able to analyze financial statements you are compiling. Quick Books Desktop and Online required.
Thomson Reuters software and tax season experience are a HUGE plus. Must be proficient in multi-tasking, Excel, and Word as well as possess a positive attitude.
We are a conservative Christian firm and believe our client’s needs are a priority; however, we are open to flexibility for family. Non‑compete agreement and employee handbook will be signed by the successful candidate. A background check and fingerprinting will be required.
