Supply Chain Analyst

A growing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, supplier management, reporting, and business process improvement initiatives. This role will leverage data analytics and ERP system expertise to drive operational efficiencies, improve supply chain visibility, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an onsite, contract opportunity with the potential to go long-term. This position can start very quickly!

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain, procurement, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and enhance ERP system data integrity, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
• Develop, update, and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business operations.
• Support supplier onboarding activities, including documentation management and data maintenance.
• Partner with Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to improve workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Create actionable insights and recommendations to improve supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist with data validation, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide reporting that supports strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Advanced experience working with ERP systems, supply chain data, and business reporting tools.
• Strong Power BI and reporting development experience.
• Experience with data visualization, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supplier management, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting Finance and Purchasing functions within an ERP environment.
• Background in supplier onboarding, vendor data management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing reports using BI and reporting platforms.
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments is a plus.
