As an Automotive Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair tires and automotive services while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting across various automotive systems
• Road test vehicles post-repair to ensure mechanical soundness
• Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support
• Document all work accurately on repair orders
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Promote teamwork and collaboration to enhance guest care
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnosis and repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis and repairs experience
• Previous experience with exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, air conditioning, and power-train management systems is preferred.
