Goodyear is immediately hiring for Automotive Technicians in our auto service centers. As an Automotive Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair tires and automotive services while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities
- Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting across various automotive systems
- Road test vehicles post-repair to ensure mechanical soundness
- Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support
- Document all work accurately on repair orders
- Report safety issues immediately to management
- Promote teamwork and collaboration to enhance guest care
- Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnosis and repairs
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis and repairs experience
- Previous experience with exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, air conditioning, and power-train management systems is preferred.
