We’re looking for a high-performing Property Manager who brings strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and professionalism to the role. Real estate experience is helpful but not essential—we believe the right person can learn the industry. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, serving as a trusted partner to both property owners and tenants. If you’re organized, people-focused, and ready to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations including owner relations and tenant relations
- Build portfolio by creating and nurturing owner relationships
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to property management and leasing
- Perform renewal inspections, prepare lease renewals in accordance with local and state laws, and communicate with property owners on property availability
- Communicate with the maintenance team and homeowners regarding repairs
- Maintain accurate records of property activities using property management software, AppFolio
- Develop and implement policies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety standards and are in good condition
- Manage budgets for property operations, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and owners through effective customer relationship management
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to manage client accounts with professionalism and care
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn real estate and property management operations
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio is helpful
- Understanding of facilities management and government housing programs is a bonus
- Ability to navigate contract negotiations with vendors and ensure compliance with internal policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
