Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and guide the activities of overnight Front Desk staff to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, educate, assess, supervise, inspire, and mentor all Front Desk employees to maintain prescribed cultural and fundamental norms.
  • Engage in strategic planning for the long-term management of the outlet.
  • A college diploma in hotel/restaurant management is preferred, coupled with two to three years of prior experience in a Rooms line, supervisory, or assistant manager role.

Proficiency in the English language and possessing the necessary legal documentation to work in the United States are essential requirements for the successful candidate.
