Rise Up Renovations is a design-build remodeling company in our fifth year, serving Lee's Summit and the Kansas City metro. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, and we do it well enough that every one of our Google reviews is 5 stars, and we back our work with a 3-year workmanship warranty.

This role is a fast track to running your own projects. We are growing, our schedule is full of signed work, and we need a remodel specialist ready to prove they can lead. Show us you can own your scope, hold our quality standard, and communicate like a pro, and you will be leading jobs, not just working them. We promote on what you prove, not how long you've waited.

The work

You'll do hands-on production across active remodels: demo, framing, drywall, trim, installs, and punch lists. You'll read plans and build to them without hand-holding, keep sites clean and client-ready every day, flag problems early instead of burying them, and work directly with our Field Lead and Project Manager.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of residential remodeling experience; you can walk onto a job at any phase and be useful
• The judgment to work independently and the humility to ask when you're not sure
• Reliable and on time every day, with a valid driver's license and your own basic hand tools

Big bonuses (tell us if this is you): finish carpentry, tile setting, or experience leading a crew. Add photos of your finished work!

Pay and benefits

• $28 to $34 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skill
