Salary: $53-$72 per hour • 2025-2026 School Year
AB Staffing is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term LOA coverage assignment at a single school site in the Henderson, NV (Cadence area) for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers consistent weekday hours , a stable caseload , and no floating between schools .
Position Details
Location: Henderson, NV (Cadence area - one school site)
Schedule: Full-time school hours | ~37.5 hours per week
Contract: LOA coverage | 2025-2026 school year
Setting: School-based (K-12)
Weekly Pay: $1,988-$2,700

Key Responsibilities
Conduct student evaluations using standardized assessments.
Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
Deliver therapy services supporting academic and functional outcomes.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliant and timely documentation.
Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Nevada OT License (OTR/L) .
School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
BLS/CPR certification.
Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements.
