Role Description This is a contract, on-site Laborer role based in Bowie, MD. The Laborer will support construction crews by performing general site tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and assisting trades as directed. Daily responsibilities include site cleanup, debris removal, basic demolition, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The Laborer will use hand and power tools under supervision, follow instructions from site supervisors, and adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting or carrying materials throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods in various weather conditions.
• Basic familiarity with construction sites, hand tools, and power tools, or willingness to learn under supervision.
• Strong commitment to safety, including following directions, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and complying with site rules.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Effective teamwork skills, with a professional, respectful attitude toward colleagues, clients, and site visitors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
• Ability to travel to and from the Bowie, MD job site daily; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass any required background checks or screenings.
