To spearhead the international expansion of e-commerce, the full-time remote Business Development Account Manager will manage the end-to-end strategy for digital sales channels, focusing on market assessment, strategic planning, and operational execution across diverse regions. Key responsibilities Identify and assess opportunities for international expansion through market analysis and consumer trends Define go-to-market strategies for new regions, including localized marketing and distribution logistics Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to align on project milestones and ensure compliance with local regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience, or equivalent experience based on education 5+ years of e-commerce marketplace management experience across different countries Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
