Assembly Lead

**Assembly Lead Job Duties:**

1. Support, train and monitor staff in assembly process

2. Operate and trouble shoot machines

3. Ensure department is clean and staff follow safety protocols

4. Partner with management in daily operation and planning of production goal

**Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm

**Pay:** $17 – 20 hr. (doe)

**Assembly Lead Job Requirements:**

1. 6+ months of lead or supervisory experience

2. Strong background in an assembly environment

3. A positive attitude and desire to influence staff to achieve goals

4. Team 1st mentality

5. Ability to perform simple math calculations

6. Strong verbal and written skills
