About Us

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions across Home, Kitchen, and Beauty. Powered by our trusted Shark and Ninja brands, we're known for turning breakthrough innovation into products people love — and talk about. Supporting the brand teams headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, with 3,600+ associates globally, the Social Content Studio team operates out of Irvine, CA. *We are on site 4+ days a week

As our brands scale, social is where growth is created — not just communicated. We're building a social creative engine that blends cultural relevance with performance rigor, and we're looking for creators who know how to make work that converts and connects.

Why This Role Matters

Social at SharkNinja isn't about polishing ads — it's about turning ideas into high-performing creative that earns attention across the funnel.

The Social Content Studio Line Producer is a hands-on production role at the operational core of our content engine. You'll own the day-to-day coordination that keeps shoots on track, products organized, and productions running smoothly across Shark Beauty, Shark Home, and Ninja — working in close partnership with Social Content Studio Producers and Managers.

This is a role for someone who brings structure to complexity, anticipates what's needed before anyone has to ask, and continuously improves the systems that keep the studio operating at its best.

What You'll Do

Own Day-to-Day Production

  • Own logistics coordination for social content shoots — scheduling, location booking, talent coordination, and equipment prep
  • Build and maintain production trackers, shot lists, call sheets, and run-of-show documents — keeping them accurate and accessible for the full team
  • Own sample tracking and product management for the team — overseeing product preparation and testing ahead of shoots
  • Own production timelines and proactively identify and resolve risks before they become blockers — escalating only when a decision requires senior input
  • Own the communication flow across the production team — ensuring priorities, updates, and changes are clearly and promptly shared

Be Present and Resourceful On Set

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for talent, crew, and external vendors — managing relationships with professionalism and clear direction
  • Lead set logistics on shoot days — setup, breakdown, and real-time problem solving to keep productions on schedule
  • Manage production contracts, permits, and vendor paperwork — maintaining organized records and meeting deadlines
  • Support content capture as needed on set or in studio

Improve How the Studio Operates

  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements that make productions run faster and more smoothly
  • Contribute to building and refining studio playbooks, templates, and workflows that scale across multiple simultaneous productions
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to every production — not just executing the process, but making it better

What Success Looks Like

  • Producers and Managers are unblocked — logistics, assets, and communications are handled before they have to ask
  • Productions run on time and on budget with no avoidable surprises
  • Studio systems and processes improve over time because of your contributions
  • You're seen as a reliable, proactive partner who makes the whole studio run better

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, studio operations, or a similar hands-on production role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable owning operational details regardless of scale
  • Fluent in social media platforms with a solid understanding of content types and production formats
  • A strong communicator who can manage multiple requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-pa…
