Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, motivating the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies. Manage and develop store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stockroom organization, to minimize shrinkage and meet demand. Control operational costs and expenses to achieve budgetary targets. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in high-volume store environments. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve financial goals. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
