Overview
We're hiring CNC Machinists for our aerospace and defense manufacturing facility in the Cincinnati area.
We don't run high-volume small parts. We machine medium-to-large components, often unique fabricated weldments and castings in advanced materials, for top-tier defense and aerospace programs, in a climate-controlled shop.
You'll set up and run 3- and 4-axis DMG Mori and Mori Seiki mills and Doosan lathes with live tooling, all on FANUC controls. Every job needs its own setup and prove-out, and we train fundamentals-strong machinists on our equipment and proprietary processes.
Why Join Us
Hone Your Craft: Cross-train toward 5-axis mills, VTLs, HBMs, and Gantry mills.
Aerospace & Defense: Machine medium-to-large parts for top-tier defense programs.
Financial Upside: Unlimited overtime, employee ownership, guaranteed 60-day review.
Compensation

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (M-F)
What You'll Run
Mills: 3- and 4-axis DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, and Makino machining centers
Lathes: Doosan horizontal lathes with live tooling
Materials: Fabricated weldments, castings, and advanced materials
Also on the floor: Large-format 5-axis mills, Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs), Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs), and Gantry mills — cross-training available
You don't need experience on every machine here. Bring strong machining fundamentals and we'll train you on our equipment and proprietary processes.
Responsibilities
Setups: Independently set up production mills, horizontal lathes, and machining centers.
FANUC Controls: Read G-code, catch programming errors, set offsets, run prove-outs.
Blueprints: Interpret multi-view prints, section views, and GD&T to establish datums.
Weldments & Castings: Build the unique setups these parts need versus bar stock.
Rigging: Safely rig, handle, and machine medium-to-large format parts.
Cross-Training: Learn advanced techniques and new machines from senior machinists.
