The Production Associate position at Minnkota Windows will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of windows and patio doors across multiple stages of production. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vinyl Fabrication
- Welding
- Hardware Installation
- Mulling / Prepping for Assembly
- Final Assembly
- Paint Preparation
- Specialty Production
They may perform work in one or more of these areas and are responsible for assembling products from raw materials through finished goods while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.
