We offer paid media, SEO, and account management services to healthcare clients across the US. Our team connects the dots between strategy and the human side of healthcare marketing. We share our favourite personal photos every month, celebrate progress like a rocketship, and we're intentionally planning ahead because we're approaching capacity in our paid media service line

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can step in and handle the execution side of our paid media campaigns, freeing up our current team to focus on strategy and client communications. You'll own the technical setup, tracking, and optimization of PPC campaigns while ensuring our data and attribution systems work flawlessly across Google Ads, Analytics, CallRail, and CRM platforms.

In this role, you will:

๐Ÿ“‹ Set up and optimize Google Ads search campaigns focused on bottom-of-funnel healthcare keywords

๐Ÿ’ก Manage bid strategies tied to ROAS and CPL goals, run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages

๐Ÿ”ง Knowledge ofย  GA4 Events and Google Tag Manager for multiple client websites

๐Ÿ“ž Good understanding conversion tracking for form submissions, click-to-calls, and CallRail dynamic number insertion

๐Ÿ’ป Offline conversion tracking processes and upload conversion data to Google Ads and Bing Ads knowledge

๐Ÿ“Š Knowledge of customized reporting dashboards integrating Google Ads, Analytics, CallRail, and CRM data

๐ŸŽฏ Support paid social campaign setups, optimizations, and conversion tracking using Meta Business Manager

๐Ÿ” Perform search term audits, negative keyword pruning, and campaign budget management

๐Ÿงช Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity across platforms

๐Ÿ“ˆ Build and manage attribution models reflecting the entire customer journey

You'll be working as close to 9am-5pm EST as possible.
