We're looking for Dutch - speaking Customer Support Representatives to join one of our international clients in Bulgaria. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist Dutch-speaking customers by providing professional, friendly, and efficient support. Depending on the project, remote work from anywhere in Bulgaria may be available, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of an international team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
Assist customers with questions, product information, and issue resolution.
Deliver accurate, professional, and customer-focused support.
Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
Meet quality standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
