As a member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are happy by delivering our delicious products securely and in a timely fashion. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and transporting merchandise from the storage area designated by retail partners on your daily route. Furthermore, you will be responsible for verifying and collecting any items that are slated for return to the sales center. This is the perfect position for someone who desires a steady, successful organization that provides a local route.

Responsibilities include:

• During the course of the day, while traveling back and forth between the Sales Center and meeting customers on the way, it is crucial to abide by all safety procedures.
• Your goal should be to efficiently and safely complete all store deliveries with the objective of replenishing customer stocks.
• Check the delivery inventory against the invoiced quantity thoroughly, with guidance from the warehouse/backroom supervisor to ensure accuracy.
• Confirm the correctness of the truck inventory with the load-out report.
• Arranges the back rooms or stock areas within the storage premises while ensuring safe and easy accessibility.
• Pick up and return pallets, shells, and specific goods at every destination along the route.

Requirements:

• The minimum age requirement to participate is 21 years
• The requirement for this position is a valid, unrestricted Class A CDL license
• Meeting Swires' vehicle policy expectations necessitates having a driving record that satisfies certain requirements
• Willingness to work during weekends, nights and public holidays as needed, to ensure optimal productivity and service delivery
• Exhibiting the strength to lift items that weigh 50 pounds
