Human Resources Manager

Under the direction of and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within the manufacturing facility. This role supports business objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, compliance, workforce planning, and health and safety initiatives.
