Job Summary

This is not a typical sales role. We are a luxury London-based fine art portrait studio dedicated to women’s empowerment and transformation. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for women embarking on a deeply personal journey of self-discovery. Your mission is to conduct high-empathy discovery calls, qualify potential guests, and book them into life-changing photography experiences. We are looking for a high-performing professional who thrives on accountability, loves hitting targets, and feels comfortable navigating intimate conversations regarding body image and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume discovery calls with leads generated through social media ads.

Manage "Speed to Lead" by responding to 90% of inquiries within 15 minutes.

Qualify potential guests to ensure they are a fit for the studio’s luxury high-ticket model.

Expertly handle objections and close bookings with a target rate of 40%.

Maintain a high show rate (80%+) through diligent follow-up and relationship building.

Manage calendars and maintain meticulous notes within the CRM.

Maintain a high level of performance, aiming for 20+ qualified bookings per week.
