About The Role

As a Caregiver with Sunlight Senior Care, you will provide essential support that enables our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. More than just a job, caregiving is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.

Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment.

Prepare meals and assist with basic household tasks.

Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care as needed.

Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.

Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.

Deliver care with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or direct care experience strongly preferred.

Active CNA certification strongly preferred.

Current CPR certification strongly preferred.

Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional client care.

Professional, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Basic Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including assisting clients as needed.

Authorized to work in the United States.
