Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial information of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions.
You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company's finances on track and support strategic decision-making.
Compensation:
$28 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Explore ways to enhance processes and apply effective bookkeeping strategies
- Direct the management of everyday financial tasks and uphold record accuracy
- Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks is beneficial
- Meticulous and organized in managing tasks
- Preferred certification as a Bookkeeper or similar
- At least five years' experience managing bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting
