OCEAA is looking for a talented Music Classroom Teacher to join our team that is committed to:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, California VAPA standards-based music instruction for students in grades TK-8.
• Collaborate deeply with parents and colleagues to raise student achievement in mastery of knowledge and skills, character education, and high-quality work.
• Be an equity-focused leader in bringing about significant and lasting change in the classroom and school as informed by Learning for Justice's Social Justice Standards around Identity, Diversity, Justice and Action.
• Engage fully in professional development activities and coaching cycles to learn how to effectively implement the Core Practices of EL Education and the Guiding Principles of Dual Language Education.

Requirements / Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree

-Valid California Teaching Credential (Music and Multiple Subject Credentials)

-CLAD certification and Spanish required (BCLAD Spanish strongly preferred)
