Pamarco is the Global Leader of anilox roll manufacturing and is the leading provider of superior and proven technology solutions for the printing, packaging and converting industries worldwide. Our Atlanta, GA location is seeking a full time Machinist for a 2ndor 3rd shift position.
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Set-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; Able to drill and tap, use grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
High school diploma or GED required
Language Skills:
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
