Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom by understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable fireplace products and designs.

Provide detailed product knowledge and design advice to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about features, benefits, and installation requirements.

Manage and maintain showroom displays to ensure they are attractive, branded, and up to date with the latest product offerings.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including preparing sales proposals, quotes, and order documentation.

Collaborate with contractors, designers, and architects to support project specifications and product selections.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.

Maintain customer databases and sales records, tracking leads and sales progress to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and innovations to continually enhance showroom offerings and sales techniques.
