Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support and product guidance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iRobot devices, including robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home cleaning solutions, via phone, email, and live chat channels.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot consumer electronics products, delivering clear, step-by-step solutions in fluent Dutch to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Accurately log all customer interactions, technical cases, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records in line with company standards.

Guide customers through product setup, app connectivity, Wi-Fi configuration, and firmware updates for iRobot devices, ensuring seamless integration within their smart home ecosystems.

Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly, while managing customer expectations with professionalism and empathy throughout the process.

Stay continuously informed about the latest iRobot product releases, software updates, and developments within the broader consumer electronics landscape to provide accurate and relevant support.

Proactively identify recurring customer pain points and contribute product feedback and improvement suggestions to internal quality and product development teams.
