ID Roofing is hiring a full-time Project Manager / Sales Representative to help sell, manage, and oversee roofing, repair, and gutter projects throughout the Treasure Valley.
We are a locally owned, veteran-owned roofing company serving Boise and the Treasure Valley. We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, Google Guaranteed, and have been in business for over 6 years. We are known for quality workmanship, strong customer communication, and professional installation.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who can manage projects, communicate with homeowners, follow up on leads, close sales, and keep jobs moving from first appointment through completion.
Position Details
Position: Project Manager / Sales Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time W2
Pay: Weekly pay
Training/Draw: $3,000–$4,500 monthly draw for the first 60 days, based on experience
Commission: Commission opportunities after 60 days, based on sales volume
Earning Potential: Top performers can earn over $100,000 per year
Bonuses: Performance bonuses available
Service Area: Treasure Valley
Reports To: Sales Manager
Responsibilities
The Project Manager / Sales Representative will meet with homeowners, inspect roofing and exterior needs, present solutions, close sales, and help manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners for roofing, repair, and gutter appointments
- Inspecting roofs, identifying damage, and explaining repair or replacement options
- Creating and presenting estimates and proposals
- Following up with leads and open estimates
- Closing sales for roof replacements, repairs, and gutter projects
- Helping homeowners understand products, warranties, financing options, and project timelines
- Communicating clearly with customers before, during, and after projects
- Managing active job sites in the field
- Coordinating project schedules with crews, homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members
- Ordering and confirming materials for upcoming jobs
- Monitoring project progress through regular site visits
- Taking photos, documenting job progress, and keeping project notes updated
- Using company software such as JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and other project management tools
- Performing quality checks and final inspections
- Helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Assisting with insurance-related documentation when needed
- Supporting change orders, collections, and customer follow-up when appropriate
- Solving job site issues quickly and professionally
- Representing ID Roofing with professionalism in the field

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on field leader who can sell, manage people, manage schedules, communicate with customers, and take ownership of the project from start to finish.

- Comfortable communicating with homeowners, crews, and suppliers
- Detail-oriented with photos, documentation, and job notes
- Able to manage several opportunities and projects at once
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Experienced in roofing, gutters, repairs, construction, or home improvement sales
- Comfortable using software and mobile apps
- Able to solve problems without waiting to be told every next step
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle to start
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Comfortable working outside and on active job sites
- Ability to pass a background check
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Available Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
