Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout your shift. You will work closely with the F&B Director and kitchen team to ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking, enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking for opportunities to grow within an expanding hospitality company.
Food Preparation & Execution
Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Set up and stock stations before service.
Kitchen Operations
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
Notify management of low inventory, equipment issues, or product concerns.
Support teammates when needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Food Safety & Sanitation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Properly label, date, and store food products.
Accept coaching and feedback from management.
Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented kitchen culture.
Uphold WongGuys Group standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
