Outreach Specialist

The Outreach Specialist will be located in Minnesota and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with community-based organizations, trade allies, contractors, and other key stakeholders to support the promotion and success of Frontier Energy’s programs. This role plays a critical part in driving participation in energy efficiency initiatives through education, engagement, and strategic outreach efforts. The Outreach Specialist will represent Frontier Energy in the field and within the community, helping to establish brand recognition, foster partnerships, and ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
