We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Autonomous Shuttle Attendant to support daily operations for an on-demand autonomous ride-hailing service. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for riders by ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation experiences.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly communicative, safety-oriented, and experienced in customer-facing environments. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage service disruptions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Uphold a safety-first, inclusive, and open-communication culture
Greet passengers and provide a warm, welcoming rider experience
Authenticate riders using badge scanning systems
Coordinate and hail autonomous vehicles between locations
Communicate with cross-functional operations teams through Slack and vehicle communication channels
Perform light crowd control and assist with rider flow management
Provide timely service updates and disruption communications
Assist passengers during service interruptions or emergency situations
Follow operational protocols and procedures accurately
