The salary for this role is between $82,000 and $103,000, and an annual target bonus is also available

Position Summary:

The efficient management of the manufacturing plant's uptime and production throughput is the responsibility of the Maintenance Technician Lead, who executes maintenance support for the plant's strategic and production plans and implements professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes.

The duties required for this role could involve a diverse set of tasks, such as:

• Implement a root cause analysis program to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and address them effectively
• It's necessary to keep equipment in good repair with regular service
• Stick to the regular maintenance routine
• The safety of employees is of utmost importance, and maintaining a safe work environment can be achieved through conducting safety training sessions, monitoring adherence to safety guidelines, and performing periodic safety inspections.
• Enforce the lock-out/tag-out program and other necessary guidelines to create a secure and hazard-free work environment compliant with OSHA standards
• The proper maintenance and operation of the equipment and plant are vital to ensure that they meet the company's set quality and safety standards
• Offers responsive and proactive maintenance services, reducing the risk of equipment failure and minimizing any potential damage
• Guarantee that service calls and machinery upkeep are timely addressed
• Provide mechanics with the necessary technical proficiency and guidance to tackle complex machinery issues
• Identifying the weakest link in the process and addressing it through continuous improvement techniques is key to driving a reduction of losses for businesses
• Maintaining Supplier Relationships: Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers is crucial to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery. You need to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure that they are willing to work with you going forward
• Operate the stockroom within regulatory guidelines while providing the necessary repair parts to maintain crucial manufacturing processes

• To qualify for this position, the applicant must have completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related fields. They should also have experience of at least three years in maintaining or operating a manufacturing facility
