Call Center Manager – Individual Health & Supplemental Insurance

Empower is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead and manage our in-office call center team in Central Austin.

The ideal candidate must have experience in Individual Health Insurance and Supplemental Benefits, along with a proven track record of successfully managing both inbound and outbound call center operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of successful call center management experience

Experience with Individual Health and Supplemental Insurance

Ability to lead, train, motivate, and manage call center agents

Experience overseeing inbound and outbound call activity

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Must be dependable, professional, and able to work full-time in office

Position Details:

Full-time, in-office position

Location: Central Austin

Compensation: Salary plus bonus opportunity to be discussed during the interview
