We're seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, or commercial facility solutions who enjoys developing customer relationships and closing new business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective commercial customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC, plumbing, and building controls solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for service projects and maintenance agreements.
- Sell preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements.
- Manage existing customer accounts while expanding business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or building services industry experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$90,000 base salary + comission
- Uncapped commission potential
