Key Responsibilities • Assist the supervising medical doctor with patient evaluations, obtaining detailed medical histories, and conducting thorough assessments to ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the doctor's supervision, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Perform essential medical procedures, including measuring vital signs, administering injections, and conducting simple diagnostic tests, always with a focus on patient comfort.
- Accurately maintain patient records and update medical charts using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.
- Deliver effective communication with patients by answering inquiries about their health, treatment options, and follow-up processes, providing an empathetic and supportive experience.
- Monitor patient progress during their visits, documenting changes in their health status, and promptly reporting any significant findings to the medical doctor.
- Assist in managing office operations, optimizing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up visits to enhance overall clinic efficiency.
- Uphold a clean, organized office environment, ensuring that all medical supplies are stocked, and the workspace is welcoming for patients.
