Position Information

• Perform medical, technical, and administrative support services to facilitate efficient day‑to‑day operations and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, take and record vital signs and medical histories, prepare patients for examination, and assist in procedures as directed by physicians.
• Schedule patient appointments in coordination with provider availability and maintain appointment calendars.
• Greet patients at check‑in, collect patient information, update and maintain electronic medical records.
• Verify insurance, handle visit payments, and manage inventory to support clinic operations.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
• Work in various UCR Health clinics in Riverside, CA and may float to other locations as requested.
