Customer Service Representative- WFH (IL Only)
$17/hr. + quarterly bonuses (average $700)
Must live in AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.
- Quiet dedicated workspace / distraction free environment
- Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with experience handling high inbound call volume
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
- Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
- Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
What you’ll do:
- You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls
- You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.
- You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.
- You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
