Key Responsibilities for the Part-Time Seasonal Hotel Rooftop Bar Bartender include:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer requests.

Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.

Suggest drinks based on customer preferences.

Greet customers and take orders efficiently.

Handle complaints or concerns professionally.

Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.

Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system.

Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing.

Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.

Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.

Ensure the bar area is organized and tidy.

What We Are Looking for in a Part-Time Seasonal Hotel Roof Top Bar Bartender:

High school diploma or equivalent

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays
