Grocery Delivery Driver

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Grocery Delivery Driver, you will deliver customer orders directly to their homes while maintaining professionalism, product integrity, and exceptional service throughout the delivery experience.

• Collect completed orders from Curbside Partners and load items carefully into delivery vehicles.
• Protect product quality and integrity during transportation.
• Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience before, during, and after delivery.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately, securely, and on time.
• Assist with unloading deliveries, obtain signatures when required, and help move items indoors if requested.
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Participate in required training and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Class C driver's license with at least three years of licensed driving experience.
• Clean driving record for the past three years with no moving violations, preventable accidents, driving while impaired offenses, or felony convictions.
• No history of license suspension or revocation.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on positive customer interactions.
• Ability to use mobile applications such as GPS navigation, messaging tools, and customer service platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and load or unload items from delivery vehicles.
• Ability to perform job duties in varying weather conditions.
