Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? And have you worked in dispatching or logistics? We are hiring a weekday, second shift Customer Service Associate/Dispatcher to support a logistics team. This is a long term contract position. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday through Friday | 2PM - 10:30PM
22 - $24 per hour
shift: Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
- Communicate with associates from other shifts
- Work with customer to resolve any transportation issues
