Residential Shift Leader - 2nd Shift - Meadowview Recovery Residence

This full-time position to provide leadership and support as part of the dynamic team at Meadowview Recovery Residence. This position is for the 2nd shift and does include both weekday and weekend hours. The shift leader supervises 4-6 Residential Specialists in organizing/operating the shift. An applicant in this role should have experience in leadership, an understanding of the field of mental health, be organized, strong communication skills, patience, tolerates risk, and a willingness to learn. A candidate will need to be hands on when leading the group and community activities that occur. Relevant Bachelor’s degree, trained in or knowledge of IPS, harm reduction, and/or in similar models preferred. The pay for this position is $24.50-$27.75 per hour.
