Key Responsibilities
Process and manage back office administrative tasks related to player accounts, game registrations, and gaming platform operations, communicating fluently in Italian with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Review, verify, and action player account requests including identity verification, bonus allocations, and gaming activity documentation in full compliance with gaming industry regulations.
Monitor and investigate gaming transactions, flagging irregularities, potential fraud, or policy breaches, and escalating cases to the appropriate compliance or security teams.
Coordinate with front-line customer support teams to resolve complex Italian-language player queries that require detailed back office investigation and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within gaming CRM and back office management systems, ensuring data integrity across all player accounts and operational logs.
Support the implementation and quality review of localised Italian-language gaming content, promotions, and communications to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance for the Italian-speaking market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, payments, and esports operations departments to streamline back office workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports and operational summaries for team leaders and management, highlighting trends, volume metrics, and key back office performance indicators within the gaming environment.
