Position Overview

We are one of the top independent insurance brokerages in the US! Due to our continued growth, we're in need of a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Denver or Longmont office. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to mitigate risks and enhance their coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of middle market commercial lines accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
  • Monitor policy performance and assist clients with claims and inquiries
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and coverage options
  • Coordinate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lines or general liability
  • Experience with EPIC is a plus
  • Background in Restaurant insurance or Real Estate is a plus
  • Active P&C license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
