Financial analysis Medical scheduling Full Job Description Overview Join a dynamic Interventional Cardiology Practice as an Office Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Duties Manage all aspects of practice operations, including daily clinic functions, scheduling, insurance eligibility and benefits/quoting and patient complaints. Oversee financial management activities such as budgeting, billing, coding accuracy, for hospital, office and in office testing as well as revenue cycle processes using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) proficient and timely in correspondence, denials and rejections along with appeals. Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, firing, training, and compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain accurate medical records. Experience Proven experience in medical office management within a healthcare setting. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management using EMR/EHR, vendors, IT, suppliers, ordering, and accounts payable, daily accounting and ledgers. Familiarity with medical administrative support functions such as medical records management, coding (including ICD-10), billing procedures, and managed care processes Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, OSHA, and utilization management protocols. Added duties of credentialing for hospital privileges as well as insurance companies, workers compensation billing/invoicing and record submittals.
